“When we arrived at the property there was several people checking in at one time. The staff was very friendly and quick checking everyone in. Our room was clean and perfect. We chose the King suite. It was very nice having a door to close off the sitting area. The breakfast was good every morning ( the coffee and juice too). The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. I would definitely stay here again. We watch the groundhogs out of the window in our room. There is a big shopping...

“my room was not clean. There was stains on the sheets. The shower was not clean. I would not recommend this property. The front desk staff was not very kind when I checked in you could not get in the side door with your card key For the price I paid it was definitely not worth it”

“Do updates”

“If your used hotels like Hampton, I don’t recommend this.”

“Only wall light in sleeping area and the switch was by the entry door. Would have liked a lamp by the bed.”

“The place needs to be updated. You wouldn't no it was a hotel. There was cockroaches in our room as well .”

“Be aware. This property is not like the pictures. Carpet is worn down and literally falling apart. There’s no elevator and doors to the outside are not locked or secured. Room was dingy and worn down. Smelled like dog. The only decent thing was the front desk guy that was kind and helpful.”

“There was blood spots and dog urine on the bed sheets!! The chair was filthy, there was something in between the couch cushions I don’t even know what it was cause I didn’t want to touch it. There was black mold in the shower, the shower floor was gray with dirt. There was disgusting garbage piled up at the building entrance. This place was absolutely gross!! Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I checked out moments after check in, returned the keys and showed them the pictures I took....

“Room had terrible mildew smell, the rest of room was also kinda dirty unfortunately. I was disappointed they couldn’t refund me some money”

“The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful.”
